All of our cakes are baked from scratch to order using the finest and freshest ingredients – so that they taste amazing.   We bake the week of your wedding and never bake and freeze ahead.  All of our cakes have four layers of sponge and three generous layers of filling, which are then coated with couverture chocolate ganache before being covered in a thin layer of Swiss sugarpaste.

The following are some examples of cake flavours – but if there is a flavour that we have not listed that you would like, we are always happy to accommodate.

  • Classic Vanilla
    Light vanilla sponge drizzled with a vanilla syrup layered with Madagascan vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and a choice of either raspberry or strawberry conserve.
  • Zesty Lemon
    A moist lemons sponge infused with lemon zest and drizzled with fresh lemon syrup, filled lemon curd and lemon Italian meringue buttercream.
  • Luscious Lemon and Elderflower
    Our classic lemon sponge infused with an elderflower syrup filled with a lemon curd Italian meringue buttercream and elderflower curd.
  • Chocolate
    A deep and decadently rich chocolate cake filled with a mouse like chocolate Italian meringue buttercream mixed with chocolate ganache.
  • Chocolate Orange
    Our rich chocolate cake infused with orange zest and filled with chocolate orange ganache and buttercream.
  • Chocolate Praline
    Our rich chocolate cake filled with a hazelnut praline, chocolate ganache and Italian meringue buttercream
  • Chocolate and Peanut Butter
    Seriously rich .. our signature chocolate cake filled with peanut butter Italian meringue buttercream, with or without salted caramel.
  • Black Forest
    Our signature rich chocolate cake infused with kirsch syrup, Italian meringue with chopped kirsch soaked cherries and black cherry conserve.
  • Cherry Bakewell
    A light almond sponge infused with amaretto syrup, filled with cherry conserve and almond and amaretto Italian meringue buttercream.
  • Banana and Salted Caramel
    Moist banana cake filled with salted caramel sauce and caramel Italian meringue buttercream.
  • Carrot Cake
    An incredibly moist spicy carrot cake – with or without walnuts depending upon your preference, filled with orange or lemon Italian meringue buttercream.
  • Strawberry and Prosecco
    Prosecco infused sponge drizzled with a light Prosecco syrup, filled with Prosecco and Strawberry conserve and Prosecco
  • Raspberry Ripple
    A light vanilla and raspberry sponge filled with white chocolate ganache Italian meringue buttercream and raspberry conserve.
  • Passionfruit and White Chocolate
    Vanilla sponge filled with passionfruit curd and filled with a white chocolate and passionfruit Italian meringue buttercream.
  • Spice Apple
    A lightly spiced apple sponge cake layered with spiced apple compote and cinnamon Italian meringue buttercream. Salted Caramel can replace the apple compote if you prefer.
  • Coconut and lime
    Creamy coconut cake infused with lime zest and lime syrup filled with lime curd and coconut Italian Meringue buttercream.
  • Expresso Coffee and Walnut
    A classic coffee and walnut sponge filled with a mild coffee Italian meringue buttercream.
  • Red Velvet
    Red Velvet sponge filled with vanilla and white chocolate Italian meringue buttercream.
  • Rich Fruit Cake
    A rich brandy soaked matured fruit cake covered in white almond marzipan. Totally traditional and very delicious.
