Thank you so much for the cake-it was the highlight of the evening! It was gorgeous and very tasty. We had a good laugh when they brought it out as the waiter first put it in front of my mother-in-law who is over 60, then Nick's dad, who is 70! Then the candles kept relighting! I also just wanted to say the following with regards to Mum 80th birthday cake. She was absolutely blown away as were all the guests! I was even told that the venue owner was giving viewings as she was so impressed!. The cake was just so succulent and light with the amazing flavours of blueberry buttercream. The decoration was awesome - there is no other word for it! Every detail was perfection, the wonderful glaze on the actual paint, the bent paint tubes, paint brushes all wonderfully presented. Thank you once again for such a fantastic cake! We will certainly be using you again and again especially wiht requests from the family already coming in. M. McCallum October 2012
I really just wanted to say a big thank you for creating such an amazing cake. Not only did it look just how I had pictured it to look, but it all tasted wonderful as well. There was also plenty to go around, with enough left to give to close family members and those who could not attend afterwards. Thanks for giving me the inspiration of the cake that I wanted, but also for accommodating my slight tweaks here and there, to make it fit perfectly with the colour scheme and wedding flowers. Jordan and I wanted to extend a massive, massive thank you to you for making such a beautiful and tasty wedding cake. We had so many positive comments from all of our guests about the wedding cake. Many commented that they hadn't seen a "wonky" style cake before, but all of our guests said that it suited mine and Jordan's style very well. The cake was absolutely delicious. We managed to save one of the tiers of the cake (before it was eaten!) and we now have it in our freezer ready to eat next year on our 1st wedding anniversary. You were so helpful to us both when coming up with a design for our cake and completely put our ideas in to the design, which was fantastic. Just to say a huge thank you for your wonderful cake - Jenny was completely overwhelmed by it, as you predicted! The fun will continue into Monday, as Jenny is taking the left-overs to her granddaughter's nursery school, for the tinies (and teachers) to share. There were masses of enthusiastic comments from everyone, especially about the delicious cake under the icing; it tasted as gorgeous as it looked, which is really saying something!
