Flavours

All my cakes are homebaked from scratch, using the finest quality ingredients such as butter, free range eggs, Madagascan Vanilla.  Listed below are some of the flavours that I make - but I am always happy to try out new flavours if you have a particular favourite that is not listed!

-  Rich Fruit cake, made with brandy (can also be made without alcohol upon request).

-  Rich chocolate cake, filled with ganache, and ganache buttercream.

-  Chocolate orange cake filled with ganache with a hint of orange zest.

-  Chocolate and Bailey's cake, filled with chocolate and Bailey's buttercream.

-  Very lemony lemon cake filled with zesty lemon buttercream.

-  Vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam.

-  Red Velvet with vanilla buttercream made with vanilla pods and madagascar vanilla.

-  Carrot cake filled with my famous zesty lemon buttercream.

-  Cherry almond butter cake filled with vanilla buttercream.

As all my cakes are made to order I am afraid that I do not have cakes "in stock".  As all my cakes are freshly baked to order I cannot accommodate enquiries for cakes that are needed within 24 hours.
