Our chocolate wedding cakes are not just ordinary chocolate cakes. You can choose from our luscious rich dark chocolate cake filled with layers of chocolate ganache, and coated with a generous coating of chocolate ganache, or a more dense chocolate mud cake – made popular by the Australians. Chocolate mud cakes are especially well suited for wonky cake or mad hatter cakes as they are known Down Under.

One of our most popular chocolate wedding cake flavours at the moment is Raspberry Ripple.  This is a white chocolate vanilla sponge cake with the merest hint of raspberry rippled through it. However, the real raspberry hit is in the filling. Decadent whipped white chocolate ganache buttercream with raspberry rippled through it! Strawberry and passion fruit ripple are also lovely.  Other popular flavours that complement chocolate are orange or liqueurs such as Baileys… Definitely not for the faint hearted.

Chocolate cake can be part of your traditional wedding cake or as a standalone.  Individual chocolate mini cakes can be used as dessert and chocolate cupcakes with a giant cupcake – in a white chocolate cupcake base look beautiful.
